Hi to everyone here...I'm just a new member and I would like to ask in behalf of my fiance. I am currently in the Philippines and we plan on filing a fiancee visa for me..I have already filled up the forms needed which are listed for the I-129F package. I just wanted to ask which service center do we need to send the package. he lives in Minnesota now.

I had a lot of questions in my mind but for now this is the first one. Hope you can help me with this...

You should send it to Texas as per I-129f instruction. It'll then be routed either to VSC or CSC depends on which state you are from.

Minnesota petitions are then sent from Texas to California Service Center

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

My fiance live in Minnesota too and he sent our I-129 application to California Service Center last September 2010.

I have here What he sent to incase it can help you for ur document before you send ur application:

1. Application form

2. G325

3. few photos of us together

4. Hotel receipt

5. Plane boarding pass

6. Letter of intent from each of us with signature

7. Photo copy of our both passport

8. 2x2 photo of me (beneficiary)

04/25/2011 ----- 1st day of Medical

04/26/2011 ----- 2nd day of Medical (I PASSED!! Thank you Lord!!)

05/13/2011 ----- Interview (221g - Case under Administrative Processing "AP")

08/12/2011 ----- Received an email from the embassy "Case is pending review by a consular officer"
