Assumming you are doing the spouse visa, the next step is the blackhole known as he NVC :lol:

Wait about 6 or 7 days and then start calling the NVC to get your case number and give them your emails. Check out the NVC shortcuts in the guides and it will give you a guideline for the fastest way through the NVC.

That is the place for paying fees. You will have to get your NVC case number first which can be done with teh automated phone system, and as soon as you have it, call and talk to a human for the IIN and you are ready to go.
