I cant believe this day has finally come!! I am so happy.. my fiance(the petitioner) got a text message and i got the email with the GOOD news!!

I checked my email at my house this morning and nothing.. then when i came to work i got online to chat with my love, and a message from the uscis was there!!

I clicked the message to open it and of course the computer at work runs sooo slow...that it took me a few seconds to open the email and a few more seconds to see the whole email.. i didnt know where to start reading i only wanted to see the word APPROVED somewhere... and it was there!!!So i wanted to give the news to my baby..but he already left messages on my messenger telling me that he got a message saying that we were approved

I am soo happy, u think that this day will never come,, sometimes you think that it will take over 5 months.. or u will get a RFE..until one day u open ur email and its there

I want to thank all the members of visajourney for your help!!and I hope that the people who is still waiting for their NOAS2 get them soon!!

** These kinds of topics are more appropriate in our Case Filings/Progress Reports rather than a process/procedure issue; moving thread to correct forum.

Congratulations by the way...

Congrats!!! That's great...it only took 3 months? What did you do that I need to do hahah...did you have a lawyer? I'm surprised Vermont is moving as fast as it is since I thought it was one of the slower centers. Best of luck with his interview!

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T
