There are already F2a filers who received interview schedules. So far that I saw PD25Jun08. So as of now, from 22Mar08 VB will jump to 1Sep08 or forward. Since VB schedule dates are 1, 8, 15 and 22. 4mos jump, not bad, but I hope more... since, interview schedules just started to be released and there is still 2 weeks before the next VB. Hope its Dec08 or Jan09. Hehehe

The NVC replied to the email i sent them regarding COA. Here's the body of my email:

I saw this at August 2011 Visa bulletin thread. Most of the ppl there are 2008 filers, so they are posting if they got interview schedules. And they are saying that hopefully there are more interview schedules to be released since there are 2weeks more for the next VB. Last VB, there were still some who just received interview after the July VB was out. Go Aug VB!

Hahaha! Saw my typo error, instead of my prediction of 1Sep08, it should be 1Jul08. But i did mention 4mos leap from 22Mar08, right?! Hehehe sorry for that. Anyway it is just prediction. WHo knows it will go as far as Sept.

So as of now, waiting time for F2A is 3 years. Since 2008 filers got their interview. And take note, they finished their cases 2010. We, 2010-2011 filers still have the hope. Go F2A! Help us reunite soon with our family!

Do you still have the email (reply from NVC) when you sent email of DS-3032? What did they tell you?

yes emailed it back on May 22, 2011. It says that currently the case cannot be processed at this time.

Invoice number? Isnt that given if your paying for IV Bill? Or paying something online? Did the NVC ask you to pay already? Did you get your DS-3032 and AOS?

IIN stands for invoice identification number.....................

when i called to get my case number i asked for IIN and they gave me that number.

in order to pay the fees online we have to have that number bec system ask for case number, IIN, and if its petitioner or applicant............................
