Yes... They will slowly request those things as the priority dates move... The faster it moves... The faster they will request more documents.

That's what I thaught While visa numbers are not avaliable we can still sumbit packets and pay fees etc. Once NVC is complete and at that stage visa numbers are avaliable or spouse ugrades the case can be forwarded to embassy in our country.

I have seen some forums on VJ where people submited all documents, paid fees etc and then upgraded the cases/visa number avaliability.

Let's not loose hope!!

atleast we can be done from NVC by then.

hopefully i will apply for citizenship in feb 2012 so by then i dont have to wait for this stupid PD

Have you not got your NVC number yet? Keep us updated about your process.. I will update you with upgrade process as my husband should become xitizen in 2 months(fingers cross)

count on me too.. im october filer. my pd is oct2010. i got approved and got nvc case number.. still waiting the nvc to notify me thats whats next to do.

You need to call them and provide your email address and collect IIN number and invoice to pay bill of 88

I called the NVC just few hours ago, and got connected. I was trying to ask for a case number. The woman who answered my call, asked for the receipt number. She said that number is not yet on their system. She asked me of the date of the notice, and i said May 26, 2011. She said usually it takes 15 days from notice before it gets to their office. So with that she told me to call again on the 15th day of receipt of NOA2.

I hope to receive my case number soon. :clock:

i sent email the nvc and the responce is u supposed to wait the pd n ur not able to send some documents.. just wait the nvc to request the requirements or steps that u wil do.. so confusing bcoz some others are received there letter to pay the aos n send requirements.. =c
