I am using my cell phone. I know you posted a message/reply about 2 or 3weeks ago you got from them. I know it is not the same message.. Know the message just says (in a nut shell) that the case is not elegible for further processing at this time. I can post the message if you want but it will be in 1-2 days.

i clearly mentioned that NVC provides a bar code...ur coa will not be accepted without it..

Miesha ... you know you are not correct. if you dont no worries.. but what you said - clearly - isnt correct . The NVC will accept the Choice Of Agent (COA) by email.. if the case is current.. let me know if you need me to reference 10 instances (cases) thank you.

Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. Thanks ricardo. As reading this, i think we got the same reply. It's just that in between those stanza, i got this:

We updated the mailing/email address for this case. Please continue to notify the NVC of any change of mailing/email address, or change in personal situation that may affect the principal applicant's entitlement to a visa.

Dont you have this in the reply?

Well guys just a little update here getting our checklist together and i need to get my police certificate which will take about a month to process and then maybe 2 or so weeks for mailing so nothing much will probably happen in the next 2 months or so (pretty much a year since we petitioned) till we send off all required documents to NVC copy of passport birth cert, police check etc. by that stage should have a better idea of the visa bulletin too. fingers crossed

good luck and hope those mail boxes of everyone's are getting full!!

Ricardo, you will soon hit your 90-day mark. Any update with your case? Why everything seems slow now? Cant we do anything about this? Waiting really kills me.

Yup 90-day mark. Isnt it on the approval notice, it is stated there that we should allow 90 days before calling the NVC if the beneficiary didnt receive any correspondence from them?
