why the embassy require from us a Joint sponsor ?, Which it means that my husband doesn't have sufficient amount of income to support me and our son, but he do has income over Poverty Guidelines line for 3 Household size. what we can do i sent them an email for explain and i didn't get any answer yet.

Did he claim other dependants on his 1040 tax return that he didn't report on I864? Does he sponsor any other immigrants besides you? If his income exceeds poverty level for the household size then this doesn't make sense for the embassy to request a co-sponsor.

his Federal Income tax for 2010, was $30,393 and our home in America is paid in full he sponsor me only our son has US passport

Is you husband self employed or does he work for a wage/salary?

What exactly did the CO request? What did it say on the paper received at the end of the interview?

i am approved but they ask me to send form I864 so they can send my passport wiz the visa i did after i send it they email me asking for joint sponsor
