Wrong middle name. Is RFE on its way already?

Hello VJ'ers:

Ah, I'm here again to ask something that's bothering me and I'm hoping to get some enlightenment from all of you guys. :help:

My husband have two names like for example his name is Ding Dong and his middle name is Got and the last name is Away. So it's supposed to be like Away, Ding Dong Got but he put like Away, Ding Dong as his middle name which is supposed to be his second name.

Unlike for my name it's only simple like eg. Jane Doe Smith so it's easy to tell that it's Smith, Jane Doe.(family name,1st name, middle name)

So, what do you think guys, will USCIS send us RFE? I'm hoping not, I just need some inputs about it. If you have any idea it'll be well appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

I don't think they'll send an RFE for that, but if they do simply correct it and send it back

If they don't (which I made MANY mistakes in my initial petition) simply correct the mistake on the DS-230 and that'll be it, a note of it at NVC and the consulate should be done to ensure the visa is issued in the proper name however

In the US, the middle name is the 2nd of the 1st name, not like in Philippines, 2nd name is Mother's name so you're good.

I meant middle name in the Phils.
