Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We are unable to assign an agent to the case record at this time. Please continue to notify the NVC of any change in the petitioner's or principal applicant's address.

If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by telephone, mail, or email), all submitted fees and documents will expire. If this occurs, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.

Usually when NVC sends that it means they're not ready for processing yet. Have you received the initial information package yet from NVC that includes your case number, IIN, and an expired DS-3032? I would suggest waiting until you get this package, and then re-send the DS-3032 by email. It will then be accepted.

All you can do then is to wait until you receive that initial information package. Once you get it, email off the DS-3032 again and by then, you should be able to pay the AOS bill. Just to make sure, you gave over both your email addresses to NVC, right?
