Yes, the DS-3032 has to be sent (by the beneficiary). That's the only way the IV bill (of $404) will appear.

Since you paid the AOS bill a month ago, I'm sure by now it appears as PAID in the payment portal. Just print off the document cover sheet (has a barcode on it) and attach that to your AOS package and mail it off.

Once you send the DS-3032, the IV bill will appear once it's accepted. Pay that. Once it appears as PAID, you can then mail off the IV package.

Please read this guide to know what to include in both the AOS and IV packages: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

Thanks, i just mailed it but did not attached at copy of AOS paid, is goin to be a problem,

thanks

Do you mean the barcoded cover sheet that you print off from the payment portal site? Because NVC states to include it in the package. I'm not sure if NVC will look at your package without it. If you didn't include the barcoded cover sheet, I suggest calling up NVC and ask what to do.

No I received the DS 3032, and my visa number was listed on it and i filled it up and mailed it to NVS office in NH,

Do you think it is sufficient to move the process a head,

thanks

If you mailed it, it will probably take awhile for NVC to get it and look at it. Once it's accepted, the IV bill will appear on the payment portal for $404. For now, you can't do anything except prepare the IV package.

Again, please read the guides, especially http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse so you know the steps and what's needed in the packages.

I paid online but, how can i have a look at the payment portal ,

thanks for your reply

The payment portal is where you paid online. It's this site when you log in: https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx
