K1 Visa, Packet 3

I was wondering if anyone had information regarding the K 1 fiance visa. My case was forwarded to the United States embassy in New Delhi on April 11, and they said they mailed my fiancee packet 3 on April 12, after a month of waiting my fiancee never recieved packet 3, so I just downloaded the forms in packet 3 and had my fiancee submit them in person at the embassy yesterday.

She was told by the guards to submit packet 3 at area 1 of the immigrant visa section, and when she went there the person at the counter said to put it in a envelope and we will send it to the appropriate department for packet 3 submission

My questions are

1. She was told by the guard to go to area 1, is that correct.

2. How long does it take the embassy to process packet 3 for a K1.

3. Can I write an email to the United States embassy in New Delhi asking them to quickly schedule an interview.

4. Will they mail or email my fiancee packet 4, or will she have to pick it up.

Email to VFS to confirm receipt of Packet 3 by Embassy. If not then email a scanned copy of Packet3 (DS230 and Applicant's statement)and ask for receipt confirmation.

my fiance never received packet 3 by mail - he got it online. for packet 4 they sent him an email with link to docs.

if u look at timelines and do search, you'll see most k1 visas at new delhi take 88 days from sending from nvc to interview. we waited about a month before my honey got an interview. he received notcie by email. read posts to see what to include for evidence of relationship..seems like new delhi is giving 221g slips to everyone...
