I tried just to walk in one day to ask a few questions and was turned away by the guard telling me everyone has to have an appoiuntment to enter the office. I went online and scheduled an appointment...The web site to make the appointmens is: https://infopass.uscis.gov/info_lang.php?sel_lang=en
