Hi! Has anybody been scheduled for June interview in USEM Manila? Does anybody know if they've started giving out schedules yet? Thanks!

I-130

12/22/09: I-130 receipt date (Sent by lawyer to CSC)

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV

9/13/10: Mailed completed AOS, enetered into the system on 9/14

9/19/10: Mailed completed DS-230, entered into the system on 9/22

10/13/10: CASE COMPLETE!!!

04/06/11: Case upgraded from F2A to CR-1

05/03/11: Final review completed

05/17/11: Interview date scheduled!

05/20/11: Forwarded case to USEM

06/10/11: Interview - APPROVED!!!

We got a June 1 interview, and a friend was able to schedule for June 2nd. But we are both K-1 applicants. :thumbs:

3/2/2011 - Touch, RFE :-(

3/11/2011 - Touch, RFE response Ack

4/13/2011 - Your I-129f was approved in 251 days from your NOA1 date

5/16-17/2011 - Medical

6/1/2011 - Visa Interview at USEM

6/18/2011 - POE (Las Vegas)

9/1/2011 - Marriage!

NVC is the one that schedules interviews for CR1 applicants. The USEM for K1.

You should be receiving an email/mail from NVC stating your interview date.

You might want to hang around in the CR1/IR1 Forum HERE . You will be able to see more posts about CR1 cases and their progress.

You will see that they are few which have gotten their interview already scheduled for June.. check this JUNE INTERVIEWS

Its been couple of years since I was in the same boat as you are, but as to what I can recall, I called NVC nonstop just to extract the info of my interview date which I was able to get too. Later that week, I received an email regarding the schedule.

I am under the same category. I got my interview on the 3rd week of April, just 2 weeks after my case completion and my interview date was set on June 3, 2011 at 6AM.

You should be receiving an e-mail. Both the petitioner and the beneficiary will receive this. They actually scheduled June interview on April (3rd week) till the 2nd week of May. Just keep on checking your inbox and ask ur petitioner to call NVC from time to time.

Its the NVC will give you your interview date..thats for CR1/IR1.. goodluck and Godbless

The story we got was that NVC schedules for Manila the second week of the month for interviews to follow. So if your case was closed the second week, you should get an interview date given to you almost immediately. Likewise you'd have to wait a while to get a date assigned if you completed any other time of the month. Just keep in close contact with NVC when they close your case, polite but persistent!!!

Is there really an interview for the husband (petitioner) as well?? i am curious and i have to tell my husband regarding his interview in the future.
