no she's not canadian. she flew to canada from poland and crossed the border without inspection. her husband is a USC.

so even if she gets a visa from the us embassy in warsaw she can still get denied at the POE right?

she also filed for taxes. she got a IRS number in 2004 and have been filing ever since then. i believe this year she filed with her husband

I guess the next question is whether she has a Canadian passport or resident permit. That might make a difference.
