Everyone check your timeline! Mine just moved to Sept 24, and Sabrina was telling me that hers went from Nov dates to september dates...!!

Total days from NOA1 to K-1 Visa in hand: 202
Wedding Date: 12/27/11

NOA1: 4/30/12
RFE: 5/14/12
Biometrics App.: 5/21/12
Sent RFE Response: 5/31/12
Interview: 7/24/12
Approval: 10/12/12

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

So I finally found out what igors list is after I read a lot of people talking about it and our number is 398.....aaaaahhhhhhh....not getting discouraged though...its all good! Have a blessed week everyone! Another week closer!! Woot woot!!

i want a may filer to be approved THIS WEEK!!! :-) i am getting more and more nervous...i am trying not get my hopes up too much though. i have to keep reminding myself that it can take up to 5 month :( i really wish i´d knew though....Aaron is trying to look for a place for us but since we dont know when i get there its kinda hard....:( but he needs to figure it out soon because his roommate wants to move out like now and aaron cant afford this place by himself...( i hope they hurry up!!!happy monday everyone!!!!

Sent mines out on MAY 31, 2011... Still waiting for my ammended NOA1.

What happen was that USCIS misspelled my first name on the hard copy and I called for it to be fixed and it's been over a month that I'm still waiting for them to send me a fixed and corrected NOA1.

Instead of following my application spelling of my first name "Lara" they instead Spelt it "Laura".

11/05/10 - flew to PI to visit him again for 1 week <3
11/06/10 - PROPOSED part 1... our engagement/promise rings
05/08/11 - flew to PI to visit him again for 2 weeks <3
05/20/11 - PROPOSED part 2... our engagement/promise rings

K-1 visa process:
05/31/11 - submit I-129F to USCIS (fee: $340)
06/02/11- NOA1 received (NO RFE)
08/08/11- NOA2 received (APPROVAL) in 67 days
08/18/11- CASE # received by NVC
08/19/11- SENT TO MANILA CONSULATE
08/22/11- NVC hard copy letter received :)
08/26/11 - CONSULATE RECIEVED PETITION
09/05/11 - Interview packet recieved for FIANCE
09/15/11 - Fiance RECIEVED documents from me :)
10/06/11 - FIANCE received PASSPORT (fee: 1,200 peso)

10/17/11 - US EMBASSY INTERVIEW (221g ~ submit additional documents)
10/23/11 - 11/05/11 ~ vacation to visit FIANCE in PHILIPPINES 2 weeks <3
10/26/11 - USEM RECIEVED NSO BC/CENOMAR #2
11/04/11 - USEM RECIEVED NBI CLEARANCE #2 & Passport
11/09/11 - USEM CO REVIEWING
12/01/11 - USEM APPROVED, ISSUED & PRINTED
12/05/11 - VISA Sent out to 2GO
12/09/11 - VISA in Hand (DO NOT OPEN BROWN ENVOLOPE)
12/14/11 - CFO SEMINAR (fee: 650 peso)
12/27/11 - POE Honolulu (one way ticket $750)

I saw where CSC approved "7" of our VJ members today!:dance: No May filers yet! BUT...................they at the end of April. latest NOA2 is April 21st. May is coming I think starting this WEEK!:thumbs:

i even saw later ones now!!!oh my god, may is about to get their NOA2!!please everyone post as soon as u got it!! It will give me new hope if i see someone close to my date getting approved!! Once again good luck to everyone!!!
