Iam here.... Lol. How are the rest of May filers doing. im still waiting for an interview so ill be staying here for a long time...

hi ray-j and me&him my filipina got to atlanta on jan. 24th we been busy sight seeing we plan to marry march 3rd. we are going in coulpe days to see if we can get her a ss card but we are excited i hope everyone is doing fine also........... :)

Your not kidding with the bills you pay while you are here in the states, but then when you find out how everything costs for a K-1. Irritating....

My fiancee was doubting me about my fiancee telling me I should get a job. I get VA Disability, it is fine with me. I was trying to tell her that sometimes we need help at the beginning until we can get you the nurse certificate to work here in the states. Trying to convince her that we need help a little from others based on our circumstances is okay.

I am going through school so this month hurt. I had to put down 400 for school, then 350 for the Visa App (Crazy High!) then found out that the Medical is going to be 220 and then she has to go to a seminar which runs almost 20 dollars. Then after that you have to pay almost 900 for a one way ticket to the states. Yeah I make money but when everything hits at once... gezzz... hard to make people understand that. Especially the ones who are not paying the bills LOL

Hang in there "Acuratisd" sometimes others dont understand the process and Finances it takes for this and continuing paying your bills here but im sure your Fiance/e does.I know its hard but you will make it, hang in there.Good Luck!:thumbs:

01-07-11 Met in person for the first time

04-04-11 I-129F sent via USPS Priority Mail

04-06-11 Delivered to Dallas Lockbox - signed for by J. Arthur

04-08-11 NOA1 sent to me, Check cashed, Case transferred to the California Service Center

04-11-11 Touched, Received e-notification via text message of NOA1 (at 12:30 am?!?!?)

04-15-11 Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail. Notice date 4/8/11.

06-24-11 Touched, Email and text - NOA2 approved in 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 days (77 days total)!!!

07-01-11 NOA2 hardcopy received

07-27-11 NVC receive - FINALLY!

07-29-11 NVC depart to Manila

10-13-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 1)

10-17-11 Medical exam at St. Luke's Medical Center (Day 2)

10-18-11 Embassy interview - APPROVED!!

12-30-11 POE Chicago

03-03-12 Wedding Day!!

Congrats to all you getting married soon!!! And hang on me&him... it won't be long for the interview date. We're all still here with you! :)

Thank u so much. I thought things will move faster after approval but I seem to be getting stuck in every path. Its been 2 months since approval, 1 month since embassy received case and almost 3 weeks since they received and logged packet 3. I hope and pray that I can have a febuary interview date....
