The U.S. also has laws about citizens going to other countries and having sex with underage people. You could be charged by the U.S. too. I recommend you just wait, it isn't that much longer. Good luck

dont worry too much about this matter. if the USCIS approved your case

it only means that you have the chance to keep it going,

my fiance is 48. he filed the petition when im only 19 last january.

now im 20 already. good thing that i have had my b-day before my interview this 21st of sept.

i am worried about our age differences because the consul might not believe....

but some of my friends kept telling me...ill do fine because there's been a 25 years old woman

who was approved with a 60 years old petitioner. you just have to believe and do your best on

interview and let them understand that you truly love each other and age will never be a hindrance

for you. i mean show them that your relationship is genuine and you are financially stable to

bring her with you in US...and if ever....by fate you got denied..you still got another years to

make it up again. dont loose hope. even if " you and her against the world" prayers can move mountain

and the love you both have for each other too will help you a lot. goodluck.

Why must people bring up that same damn thing? Has he said that they've had sex? Is it any of anyone's damn business? Why all of the judgement and assumption?
