I-130, confused about I-94

My husband (the USC/Petitioner) will be filing my I-130 (For CR-1) while I'm with him for a summer visit in Hawaii.

If he answers that I'm a visitor in the U.S. at the time of filing, how am I supposed to give them my I-94 information? I've filled out a million of them so I know what they are, it's just that I'm NOT planning on Adjustment of Status or anything (i.e. we won't be providing I-485 with my I-130) so I wouldn't have any record of my I-94 on me. I will be leaving to go back to Canada after a 10 week visit.

I was told on here some time ago that it wouldn't be a problem for me to submit paperwork while in the States :(

Advice? :wacko:

We sent my I-129F while I was in the USA. I-94 listed as N/A Canadian. Had no problem with this no RFE etc.

Iv never filled out an I-94 when going on vacation to the USA. Only ever filled out a customs sheet on the way back into Canada when flying.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Hmmm.

So: "If your relative is currently in the U.S., complete the following: He or she arrived as a: [i would write in "Visitor"]

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94): in the slots I would write in ["N/A - Canadian"] ?

Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95: I would write in the day of my flight back to Canada? or N/A?

you are canadien but are using I-94s in USA? something is weird, usually there is 'other' stuff for a canadien, visiting in USA.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
