Bring Passport! (Hati)

Hi guys Quick Question! I Received an email stating that my fiance has to bring his passport, a copy of his passport and $10us. He also has to redo his medical cause it expired! what do you guys think? Everyone says that means we are approved but i still got my fingers crossed!

That sounds like you must be approved! Yay!!! I'm guessing the $10 USD is for the issuance of the visa since that's what it costs. Definitely hope that's what it means! :thumbs: When is he supposed to go back in?

when they gave us the medical they said it was valid for 3 months. but when he went to his interview, they requested our dual interview. and our interview was scheduled for April 26th his physical expired April 28, but i had hopes they would just give us the visa that day! Also he is going this morning to the dr. to see what he would need to redo the physical! So pray for us guys

January 3rd, 2012 - Received notification that case has been transferred to CSC

January 4th, 2012 - Biometrics

February 11th, 2012 - Employment Authorization Card received

February 25th, 2012 - Social Security Card received

August 24th, 2012 - Green Card Received

August, 2014 - I-751 sent

August 2014 (two weeks later) - NOA1 Received

March 2015 - RFE Received

May 2015 - RFE Packet Sent

July 28th - Letter received for interview

August 13th - Interview (GC Pending)
