I-134 ( I already sponsored my parents)

Hello, I have a quick question hope someone will enlighten me on this one. I sponsored my parents for green card a year ago and used the I-134 too. We got our NOA2 for my K1 last week and was filling up this form. Do you think I would require a co-sponsor since I have submitted the same form before. What if I made 48k last year? Would that be sufficient? Thank you.

You will have a household of 4 after you bring your fiance here. I think you are very safe because you have a current income that supports 7-8 people.

Your parents are included in your household count for the affidavit of support. If your income is enough to cover all household members, your parents, and your fiancee then you are ok. Your current annualized income is what will be considered unless you are self employed. In that case line 22 from your 2010 tax return will be the number considered.

You likely submitted the I-864 in support of your parents' immigrant visa. As you will at the adjustment of status phase for your fiancee (then spouse).
