help on form DS-3032

well I just sent my RFE and just trying to be proactive.

On the DS-3032 if I don't appoint anyone than I choose :

( I do not appoint an agent or an attorney to receive mail about my application.

mail from the U.S. Dept. of state concerning my immigrant visa should be sent to me at:)

now would that be my U.S.A. address or my wife's address in vietnam???

and on the below they ask ( I have already legally immigrated to the U.S. and do not need to apply for an immigrant visa. I received my GC through the _____________ city USCIS office. My A# is _______. )

I don't understand that part??? is it for my A# or do I leave it blank???

The DS-3032 is supposed to be filled out by the beneficiary, not the petitioner. So your wife could appoint you as agent and use your address in the USA.

The Ds3032 needs to be filled out and signed by your foreign wife. If she chooses you as her agent, she may list you on the ds3032

You, the USC, do not fill out the DS3032

Your wife should appoint you as agent, and use your US address. Since you are USC, and I don't think you need to fill out A#. If you do have A# put it in.
