Police cert sent directly to consulate

I live in a country where the police certificate is sent directly to whoever requests it - so to the consulate in this case. They won't give a copy to a private citizen. I'm preparing my NVC packet now and I called the NVC to see if I should include anything from the police since all they will issue is a statement saying they sent a police cert (it doesn't actually give any information). NVC said that we would be OK not including the police certificate in our packet but this kind of makes me nervous. Is anyone from a country with a similar system? How did things go for you?

; Hi!

I am from the Netherlands, and my police certificate will also automatically be forwarded to the American Consulate, just before my interview.

Don't be nervous!! Tho, I am glad that they do it for me

If NVC says this is ok then there shouldnt be any issues. Id just make sure to put the letter in the packet stating that they have sent the certficate to the embassy! Keep a copy of that for your self too! Dont be scared its going to be ok
