Critical Fields List of the Technology Alert List

We are concerned about this and how it relates to the K1 visa application.

does she must quit her work prior th applying for a K1 visa?

this "crytical list" seems to apply for work visas and research visas but not for K1 fiancee visa.

How ever I am very concerned.

What to enter in the G325A visa.

Will they contact her work? be arrested, ...... ?????

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

Mary

so how does it apply to K1 visas?

How do they determine from 1 simple line asking for the address of the employer and the name (which can be abreviated) that they are in the TAL list ?

I imagine it may come via interview questions.
