Can I possible change the address when I fill out packet 3 form without letting them know you think?? I think my case is still in the USA waiting to transfer to London? thank you for all answers

Whose address and without letting who know? Yes I think you can change the beneficiary's address on the DS forms you are filling out for the consulate. But if you move you may not get the packet from the Embassy unless you tell them the change of the beneficiary's address ahead of time, unless they also notify you by email. Then make sure they know your address has changed at the time of the interview.

As far as USCIS, they are really only concerned with people living in the US.

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

If you really want it, you'll find a way!

I had moved since my NOA 1 was still pending but I didn't change it online cuz I was guessing it might delay my petition. I got approved now waiting on my NOA 2 to get to the NVC then transfer to the US embassy in London. I was just wondering if I could change it to a new address on all DS forms? Hope that would not delay my case or hassle them. But thanks for all advices
