After NOA2, you can call or e-mail NVC and by giving your NOA1 number to a live operator (or by providing it in the e-mail), you'll get to know if they already have it there, and when it was sent to Manila. You'll also get your NVC case number. After it's been forwarded to Manila, you'll have to contact the embassy/consulate.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Thanks, I noticed on a non fiancee or marriage type visa that it took the NVC 85 days to process it. Do you have any idea about the processing time here?

Generally, it takes a few days, unless there's some issue with the security checks.

you can call the Embassy directly at 011-63-2-528-6300. only your phone rate to call Phililppines apply.

you can either press 7 then enter ext. 5184 or 5185 or press 0 and ask for immigrant visa section.

best of luck thru the rest of the process.

This is a pretty good link: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices...ila/aboutus.htm

This link lists the cases up for interview for the current month. This can be helpful to determine when your interview might be scheduled:
