Timeline

I have read that some people send the petitioner and beneficiary docs (birth certificate, divorce decree's, etc).......am I only suppose to send the beneficiaries docs or mine (the petitioner) too? I would like to get this packet out ASAP! Thanks for any help!

the only person who needs all of those documents is the beneficiary because they will need them during the interview (send the original and one copy of each document because sometimes the embassy may take a copy)

its best if the petitioner has copies of all of the documents in case anything happens and to keep everything on file
