Hi guys! My fiancée passed her interview two weeks ago but until now she has not received her visa yet. We are starting to worry because I tried to call the number for visa inquiry they are helpful but they can't give me a straight answer. Is there anyhting I should or can do about it except to wait? A couple of our friends here in VJ got theirs in just 3-5 days. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you...

the timeline is supposed to be a week. keep calling! its not like they'll take the visa back if you annoy them. i had a problem with the date of my interview and nobody on the other end of the phone would help me at the embassy, so I called again and said i was so upset that I can't gt an answer from a real person and every time the man on the phone said 'i'll connect you to some one else' i just said NO WAIT~!! you're allowed to act desperate, its an important visa!! :) good luck!

i got my visa exactly 7 days after interview (live 280 km away from manila)....

what i did was, called the 2go delivery in manila and also made arrangements with their local office.....

both were accommodating.....

since i was always out of my home, i decided to pick it up......

either way, the local 2go did their part too....

try calling......

might just be around the corner.....

welcome to america (your fiancee)!!!!!
