I received NOA2 August 5 of last year. We had to wait and file with NVC due to the fact I was self employeed and operated my business under a corporation and needed to file taxes under my own name for income insted of corp.

I wanted to see if anyone knew if this would give me any problems

I turned in income tax for 2010 (well above 125% of poverty line) however it was not a transcript. I filed my 2010 taxes early and to this date a transcript is not available. I was told probably would not be available until June or July. To avoid anymore delays I sent in records from turbo tax which shows taxes were submitted and accepted.

I wrote this in the letter. I also explained income was under a corp in the past.

I am an ebay powerseller for a living. To prove my income as well to back up tax forms I turned in the following

Past 3 years (2008, 2009, 2010)of paypal payments received and up to date for 2011 Which at April 13 (time of filing) current sales were over $26,000 for the year.

Ebay does have in my records past 12 month sales and past 60 days sales which I also copied and turned in.

I turned in bank statements going back 3 years as well which verified the payments and paypal transfers.

In all I turned in alot of papers that would not fit into any envelope(I had to use a box). My purpose was to turn in so much paperwork so that they see it is real.

So to sum it up my tax return shows more then enough to qualify. Yet it is only one year 2010. I did explain all and that I worked under a corporation (even my assets, cars etc... were under corp).

I showed years of doing this business.

Does anyone know if this is good enough? I do not know what to expect and to be honest there are no other options for me other then what I have done.

You should submit a copy of your tax returns along with all the supporting documents. The sales information is not relevant.

If you are self employed then the gross does not matter. It is line 22 of the most recent (2010) return that will be measured.
