Hi everyone.

Received my 2-year green card last August 12, 2009..

Move to a new house with hubby later that year. Now I am due to remove conditions on my residency. Notice of requirement to file from USCIS was receive in our old address which happened to be my mother in law's house now.

Do I file for I-865 first? I am kind of confused.

Thank you in advanced for your info... Be waiting.

Both the permanent green card holder and US spouse must inform USCIS of change of address.

Click here for instructions. This is supposed to be done within 10 days of moving.

You should have informed USCIS of change of address within 10 days of you moving. GC holder needs to send AR11 and USC needs to send I-865 different addresses for both.

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

Oh ok, thanks for this great information. I am shock I have to do this 10 days after moving, anyways, since we are way too late for that 10 days, what's the consequence?

Hi! Go ahead and file there will be no consequences you will be fine dont worry.File for your AR-11 online and keep the confirmation copy then send in the I-865.They will send your hubby a notice upon receipt of the I-865 form.It doesnt take that long for them to send a notice. Then enclose both copies in your ROC packet..Thats what I did and never had a problem...
