What happened to his name?

I went on the website last week and paid our AOS fee and my husbands name was listed under the IV fee section but was not invoiced yet........we got the acceptance of his DS3032 and invoice for the IV fee but when I went back on the site his name is gone from the IV fee section!! There is nothing there that I can pay! Is that normal that his name has gone from that section? Does it take a few days to actually post the fee back on there? What happened?

The fee was there and now it's gone. Likely that the NVC are performing updates and so much of the activities are removed. You can call then and advise them of this if it's a known issue an expectation might be set.. if not .. they might just say wait a few days.

Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA
