I have heard different things about the three different doctors available in Morocco. Can a you please give me the name of the Doctor you used and your opinion of how it went? Were you happy with the end results (meaning any problems at the embassy because of medical)?

Thank you for your input.

My husband went to Dr Ambari. I went with him to the appointment. We got there about 15 minutes early and found the receptionist wearing her pajamas in the office. She had us wait outside while she got dressed and we were told the Dr would be in in 30 minutes (15 mins late for our scheduled time.) When we paid, she tried to overcharge us (she took the money for the lab tests as well, despite that they are paid at the lab, separately). We had to threaten her to get the money back. The lab bruised up my husband's arm, and the office was several miles from where we had to get the xrays. I'd recommend Dr Khadija. I've heard nothing but good things about her office.

My husband's appointment is with Dr. Ambari. That's the one he chose, so we'll see how it goes. We got the appointment letter two days before I left, on the 14th. Have you sent your documents yet? Ours were approved very quickly, in about 11 days, or maybe 10. They said they schedule interviews in the middle of the month for the following month. I hope you get yours soon;)

My husband Went to DR.Khadija and she was great. It was fast and she gave him records of everything done that day. She was a little more expensive than the others but my husband said it was very worth it.

hope it helps

After reading these comments last night, I talked to my husband and he's going to call the other doctor too, and then make a decision on who to see for his exam. I'll let you know what he decides and how his visit goes...:)
