we have zero phone records, and the reason is that we talk up to 8 hours a day, from the minute he gets off work to the minute he goes to bed,and he didnt have the privacy to talk on the phone. we have pictures, hotel receipts, tickets, emails, every thing else except for phone records.

our embassy is pretty professional and easy going as well, would my reasoning ( him not having privacy and all ) be enough to save us if it comes down to the phone records?

What do you use to talk? If Skype, you can go to their website and it will list all the numbers called and duration. Yahoo Messenger also has that option where it archives your conversations.

17DEC2010 - Louie arrived in Manila - returned to Hawaii 04JAN2011

01JAN2011 - got engaged

00FEB2011 - Mailed I-129f to Texas Service Center - Package was lost by USPS

14MAR2011 - Texas Service Centre received package (USPS)

16MAR2011 - Text message & Email notification that application was sent to California Service Center

24MAY2011 - Text message regarding case status - USCIS Website shows petition is approved

24MAY2011 - NOA2 hardcopy received 27MAY2011

26NOV2011 - St Lukes Day 1, Day 2 27NOV2011

13DEC2011 - Embassy Appointment 00/00/2011

Do they request specifically ( phone records ) at your consulate ? otherwise you should be good with the chat records, video print screens, tickets, etc.

Find a job you love to do, and you will never work another day in your life.

You've got lots of other great evidence!!

(we didn't submit any phone records)
