Medical

Darcy had his medical today. He left me an offline message that the doctor said he had to have permission to come to the states after receiving the medical before the interview. I never heard of such a thing. He wanted me to ask on the board if anybody has heard of this. They are sending the results to my address because he won't be in Calgary in 2-3 days when the results are back.

Any ideas? :help:

As far as I can see, everybody does: medical, interview, visa, enter, and in that order. Maybe by "permission" the doc meant having an approved visa (and not just a medical) before entering the U.S. Don't worry.

You might be right. Maybe the physician thought he was thinking Darcy was coming for good without having the approved visa. He is only coming for a vacation then going back for the interview.
