How do you know when NVC has received?

We received our NOA2 on the 4th or so and just curious how do you know when NVC has received your package?

Call this number 603-334-0700 and ask them if they've received it yet or not

You can call them, email them or simply wait until they mail you a letter saying they've received your file.

We had our NOA2 approved on April 06, I contacted NVC but they don't still have our case yet.

Everytime I called the 603-334-0700 number the automated system would say that they have no record of our case. When I spoke to an agent he told me he does not have any information at that time as well, however it's possible that it is already at NVC but not updated in the system. So I emailed NVCInquiry@state.gov and they messaged me back on the same day with the case number and a confirmation that they received our case.
