who should contact consulate to try reschedule interview for an earlier date?

It has to be petitioner or it can be beneficiary as well?

Did anyone reschedule one? How it work and how should e-mail be written for consulate?

13 January 2011 became husband and wife :-)

13 April 2011 filed I-130

17 April 2011 NOA1

25 July 2011 NOA2

16 August 2011 paid bills

7 October send DS320 and Affidavit of support

20 October case complete

4 November 2011 interview date assigned

Interview in Kyiv on December 16, 2011 --- Approved and got my passport same day yeahhhhh

I rescheduled. explained my case, why i wanted an earlier date (hubby leaving with Army) and they got me one...

I'm so happy today cuz finally I received an email from the embassy saying they printed my visa last Nov.4, Now I'm wondering why i can't still track it thru 2go website, I wonder how many days until it will be in my hands? Just so excited :dance:

August 1st, 2011- NVC received file

August 25th, 2011- Received case number, IIN, and Beneficiary ID number from operator, Gave email addresses, Sent in optin email, Submitted DS-261

August 25th, 2011- Optin Acceptance Email received

August 25th, 2011- AOS bill invoiced and paid

September 2nd, 2011- AOS bill appears as PAID, Emailed I-864 package

We just did our final preparations last night. She has no worries nor do I. I just told her go and do what you have to do, if you get it great, if not I am ready to solve it no matter what happens. I did tell her if it does not go well to remember as much details as she can so we can tackle this the right way.

She leaves tomorrow around 11:30 AM EST (9 PM IST) and she will arrive in Bombay around 5 AM IST via train. The interview is at 7:30 AM IST Thursday which is 9 PM EST Wednesday.

I hopefully will have a call before 1 AM EST. I will be sure to keep all of you guys informed as to what happened/happens.

We just have that feeling like you do right before your college finals or a huge exam...that you have prepared enough and just that waiting period before the actual exam in which your mind goes bonkers thinking of all the scenarios or question that could be asked.

Like I have done with the entire process and for the countless others I have helped on here during this entire process... I have thought of both the postive outcomes and even doubly the negative outcomes to fully prepare for this journey.

I thank everyone for their prayers, support and well wishes. I wish you all the same. I hope later on tomorrow I can share good news with you all.
