Anyone an idea on what the hubby, who never filed taxes before, has to provide?

He signed up for the army, the only thing i can think about is an employment letter ...

This I'm not too sure about, but if your husband has never filed taxes, a statement explaining why is probably necessary.

He probably can obtain some sort of documentation from the Army that shows he is currently on active duty.

Signing up is not same as 'being in'.

Yes. We'll prolly found out about our NVC number this week, so it'll be close ...

He enlisted, signed, can provide an employmentletter and will be having paychecks soon..

A little confused, question 30 DS230 part 1.

Now, i'm confused. Do I list all the places i'v stayed in my OWN country (belgium) or do I include my jear abroad in KY from 07-2010 till 06-2010 too?

Yes it seems like just after memorial day things really started being processed quickly. Another holiday possibly means the adjucators got some rest and are ready to APPROVE!!!!

You list all places you lived in Belgium and abroad for at least 6 months since you turned 16. If your year in KY was after your 16th birthday, you would list it.

My wife gave me all pertinent information for the DS-230. I printed and will send it to her. She will sign it and send it back to me along with all the civil documents when we get our NOA2.

IV packet is almost done. Should get the final documents I need in the mail by the end of this week.

I think you can leave a 2 month gap since the form only asks for at least 6 months. I'm not 100% sure though, I would hate to say it was OK only to have an RFE be sent out for that 2 month gap.

Did you have your wife make translations of her documents (police record, birth certificate?)

Mainly needed it for her birth certificate as everything else was in English.

I also had her get our wedding invitations (both sides) translated so she can use it as proof during the interview if needed.

So every document in the language of the benificary's country is ok? No need for translation in English?
