i sent them I130, G-325 mine & his.

they send me just approval letter after that i have not hear anything for them yet. still waiting for NOA2 :huh:

Yeah, I'm being proactive here. I am still about a week shy from 2 months at USCIS. I just noticed the mistake and I am just trying to prevent and RFE. I have not received a touch or anything since my case went to Chicago Lockbox.

Well I got a nice package going to my wife in India tomorrow. DS-230 forms and all the documents needed for NVC. She has all her documents that we need for NVC as well, passport bio page etc. Put some helpful stuff in there as well, interview questions, what the whole process of immigration filing is, so she understands why I want all these papers. lol. I also sent her some home videos of when I was a baby...she'll get a kick out of those.

Also a nice personal love letter/card. Hope that brings a nice smile to her face. :)

Aw, that's sweet of you. I just sent Prem a package with all that stuff plus a few special things yesterday, too. Cost me $50 to send to India via priority mail, but I guess it will be worth it in the end! smile.gif

07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview and set our file back to NVC

07/20/2013 NVC returned out file to USCIS

09/29/2013 To date USCIS has not entered our case back into the system and no one knows where it is!

When you check your status on the USCIS page...check where it says last updated. If that date changes, you have been touched.

08-08-2012- Green Card Received for 2 years

05-12-2014- Apply for I751 at California

05-23-2014- Received letter said tht apply for I90 (incorrect card because of uscis error)

06-10-2014- Send I90
