The example form here is very helpful: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

If you meet the income requirements, there is no need to fill in the other bits on savings, mortgage, etc.

Thanks for the reply! That will help out alot, but its not what I am looking for!

That I-134 is an example for how the sponsor (Petitioner) fills it out

I need to know how a Co-Sponsor fills this out (e.g. Petitioners Parent(s))

What do they put in different from the Petitioners I-134

But thats for the help with the first one

It's the same. The same form is used and the same criteria apply for a co-sponsor as they do a sponsor.

Hey, I had my parent fill I-134 as well, because I just graduated from college and I clearly do not have a job good enough to be able to support my fiance and myself alone...

On the form, I had my parent's name as the sponsor and my fiance as the person being sponsored... Idk. Hopefully it's accepted!! =/

And basically the only supporting documents I provided are bank statements and letter from employer.. on the instructions it did not say to provide tax returns (w-2s) unless you're self employed or something.. However, if someone thinks I should provide further info, please let me know- we still have some time until he needs the I 134.
