would this be the Dallas Lockbox or VT / CA ????

I think mine will be CA given my location Illinois

Yes your service center is California but you will mail your 129F package to the Dallas,Texas Lockbox address. Good Luck

We addressed ours to the same Dallas post office box address that we mailed everything to.

After all, you're mailing it to that address, not the address in California or Vermont.

All 129f go to Texas lockbox and then get distributed to the applicable service centre.
