Yeah.! The Catch is Gas will go to $6.00 a gallon, Ciggerettes to $10.00 a pack, Raising the Retirement age to 75 years old and a Salary Increase for the Politicians who made this all possible for us.

That wouldn't make much difference then. In some areas of my state it's already almost 5 USD...just wait until the US catches up with the rest of the world... in Europe they pay around 9-10 USD a gallon (and people still drive there as well)

12/22/11 - Check cashed

12/27/11 - Received NOA

02/06/12 - Received yellow letter (pre-interview case file review)

03/13/12 - Placed in line for interview scheduling (3 yr anniversary)

03/17/12 - Received interview letter

04/17/12 - Interview - No decision, application under further review

04/17/12 - Biometrics

04/25/12 - Placed in line for oath scheduling (so I'm approved yay!)

04/27/12 - Received oath ceremony date

05/09/12 - Oath ceremony!!

Yup delayed for a week, but they got this through so chances are better they'll get a deal in later.

NOA1 - 12/21/15

NOA2 - 04/18/16

NVC Receive - 04/29/16

NVC Welcome - 05/13/16

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16

DS260 done - 06/10/16

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.

Dec. 08, 2010: Interview(DNA was recommended)

April 04, 2011: CRBA and US passport on hand

April 2011: SSN Application sent (mailed original docs thru 2GO)

April 29, 2011: SSN card on hand

My K1 Visa Journey

March 05, 2011: I-129F packet sent

March 14, 2011: NOA1

May 20, 2011: NOA2(approved in 67 days from NOA1, with no RFEs)

June 24, 2011: NVC received approved petition from USCIS

June 29, 2011: Approved original petition left NVC to US Embassy-Manila

July 15, 2011: Eligibility letter received from US Embassy-Manila(dated July 11, 2011)

October 26 - June 5, 2012: SLEC trap!!! (DOT tx to vaccine administration)

June 7, 2012: Interview (APPROVED!) :)

June 18, 2012: Visa picked up at the embassy

June 20, 2012: POE in Detroit

Well it didn't happen this weekend but it might happen next weekend. There is still the possibility of the Gov shut down.

This is great!! However, I am with Republicans: we have to stop spending. I am tired of all these useless government programs which I have to pay taxes for. I am not a huge fan of their religious agenda but I think fiscally they are right. We have to stop living outside of our capabilities like irresponsible humans that get $100K in credit card debt and make everyone else pay for it.
