so, my fiance received his packet three today but all of the forms they provided to him to fill out are all expired. What should I do? I was thinking about searching the updated versions of the form but then I might run into an issue with the Kingston Consulate. Any advice would help :(

Fill out the updates ones that you print from the embassy website or the USCIS website. Also fill up the expired forms and bring both to the interview. If they have a problem with 1 of the form sets simply hand them the other set.

The latest forms are at the DOS site. You can't tell for sure that a form is expired cause sometimes its normal to go past the expiry date written on the form.

Compare them to whats on this site, they are the latest.

I don't think you can go wrong by having the latest forms. But if it makes you feel better you can fill out both versions and if they have a problem with it give them the version that they want.

Good luck!

issue with the Kingston Consulate for providing the updated form..? No.. never. You dont need to use the Expired versions of the forms... if you are able to find the new versions.. then go for it. Even though the forms are expired that maybe the "current' form being used it just wasn't revised.. remember .. America is a poor country... and fees needs to be adjusted to cover the cost.

What forms are you using..?

DS230, ds156, ds156k....etc. Do you think it will be okay to email the forms to the consulate. My fiance has already signed the updated form for the DS230 part 1 and has sent it back with my brother today and I was thinking about scanning it and emailing it to the consulate. Thanks for the response.
