How do you get a live person at a service center

Just wondering if anyone ever really got a service representative on the phone live. I just listened to the 20 million computer promts and not one says you can talk to someone live. My case is over 152 days awaiting approval. They say I have to wait 60 days from the last time they send me something. Well that was July 21st when then received my RFE so that would be on September 15th. They also "reassure me" heavy on the sarcasm that this means they are working on my file currently. How can one be so sure???

Well apparently contacting a representative from your state is not a wise idea unless you are past the websites time posted . Since I am frustrated with lack of progress I did so. And I recieved this reply. Since the website states they are processing applications from February 23rd and yours was received on March 21st basically there is nothing I can do but wait. Unless I want to call her directly. And apparently nobody has ever talked to a live person at CSC either lol since no one replied.

A: Get elected to the US Congress and you will have a liaison at the Service Center assigned that you can talk to.

There are only certain topics that will trigger an actual connection to a service center.

Otherwise you can call the 800 # and ask to speak to an immigration officer, they'll ask you a few Qs before they connect you. Be prepared to wait 60 minutes (usually)

And don't assume you'll be any less confused (the answering "rep" is highly likely to be more confoozled than you).
