CFO is closed?

Hello guys im here freaking out coz one of my siste freind just ttended a CFO seminar and she told my sister that it is close and resume on April 12 but when i look at the CFO website it says Resume on April 12 my mom is schedule to fly this April 12 and she have'nt attended the seminar,what will i do? We try to contact the CFO but we cant get hold on them.

The offices of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas will be CLOSED on April 8 to 9, 2011 (Friday and Saturday) to give way for the agency’s teambuilding activity.

Regular operations in the CFO head office and its extension desks in Quezon City and Cebu shall resume on April 11, 2011 (Monday). The CFO extension desks at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (CFO-NAIA) shall re-open on April 10, 2011 (Sunday).

All Filipino emigrants with scheduled flights on April 8 and 9 are advised to complete the pre-departure requirements on or before April 7, 2011 to avoid any inconvenience.

Yes thats what i read at the CFO website but the my sister's friend keep insisting to her that it will open on April 12 because her friend attended yesterday and the lady who conducted thier seminar told them or her that it will resume April 12. Im worried...

Yan nga nabasa ko sa website nila diba regular operationkasla ng yung seminar mag open din diba, kasi ngng friend n kapatid ko ang seminar ibalik daw sa wednesday ang open lang daw yung for stamping imposible naman ang sabi REGULAR OPERATIONS diba?
