We are no longer moving up on Igor's list because everyone behind us is getting approved!!! Ugghh. Seriously don't know what else I can do but wait and quit watching. I've called the USCIS, called my senator, gone over every scrap of paper I sent in looking for a mistake. And i just keep hearing.. be patient, wait. Yes, I am thankful we are not at the VSC. But at least if I was there I would know I would have to wait a little longer. Not see everyone around me getting approved.

My fiance has gotten his police record, I've sent him the I134 packet, he's been getting up to date on shots. We've done everything to prepare. Just need that piece of paper to be able to move forward with our lives.

You know that list only counts the people that fill out timelines here on VJ - so it's kinda skewed to not showing the overall status of petitions relative to VJ.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

We're in basically the same position, which can be frustrating. Everything's ready for the next steps, just need to get there. But like the other poster said, the list is only VJers, and only those actually updating their timelines... so while it's frustrating to feel like we're being left behind and not moving, at least we know it can be any day now? That's what we keep telling each other, anyway. :P

I know the feeling!!! It sucks seeing people like 2 weeks after you be approved! We were at exactly 5 and a half months! You'll see that light at the end of the tunnel soon!

I believe CSC waits 2 weeks after the 5-month mark before accepting a service request, right?

You might want to focus on being able to do that soon so it won't be so frustrating. They HAVE TO respond somehow. I know everyone telling you "it's coming soon, it's coming soon" doesn't work anymore after a while.

You are right... 2 weeks is the wait time for CSC. Hopefully I won't have to make that call next Tuesday.
