Ugh, we're 15 October and getting so unbelievably frustrated (a total understatement). Being in this limbo is just too much, especially when my guy even has job offers (they obviously waiting on his EAD/AOS paperwork to hire him). But he's been so persistent with his company that he used to work for that has offices here in USA. We know it was all pay off...but when? Grrrrr.

I drive by VSC all the time. The parking lot is full at both locations (St Albans and Essex Jct) They didn't close it to go skiing.

Illegals have nothing to do with what you must go through...illegals are, illegal. It is the number of LEGAL immigrants that back up the system
