To my VJ family im Approved :thumbs:

..so here how it wents...

just like someone else im so nervous and my knees were a lil bit shaking :P but then im so lucky the black american consul (she's damn pretty) who interviewed me was so nice, she was smiling all the time and that made me more comfortable and confident :yes:

CO: Good Morning! (in a very cheerful voice,so i said to myself "yay she's in a gud mood")

ME: Good Morning Ma'am! (in my most sweetest smile B-) )

CO: So, whats your name?

ME: XXXXXXX Ma'am

CO: Ok let me ask you to raise your right hand please

ME: (raised my right hand)

CO: DO YOU SWEAR LA LA LA LA LA LA?

ME: (i answered "YES")

CO: Ok you can put down your hand now.

Who petitioned you?

ME: My husband ma'am

CO: Named of your husband?

ME: XXXXXXX ma'am

CO: Where and When did you each others meet?

ME: way back year 2001 ma'am, we just live in the same Brgy.

CO: When did he went to the United States?

ME: year 2003 ma'am

CO: Oh so you were two already before he left?

ME: yes ma'am

CO: How old are you in 2003?

ME: 14 ma'am :D

CO: *chuckles* ohh you were so young then :lol:

ME: yes ma'am were childhood sweethearts :luv:

CO: When did he became a US citizen?

ME: year 2009 ma'am

CO: Do you have any kids now?

ME: No, we do not have yet ma'am <_<

CO: Oh yuh dont rush, you two were still young, enjoy each other first! ;)

CO: So did you bring pictures of you together?

(i gave her my pictures, i put it in a bendable folder. mind you the slots in the window is low and just few inches high and any hard album cover wont pass through by. i guess :hehe: and the consul says *ohh i love albums!*(huh? what album? do you mean pictures? hehe joke ofcurz only in my mind) and she gets it in the slot with excitement! :D and she began to comment it *oh nice cake, wow baguio city, cool place, whats this tattoo on his arms? where did he get them, in US or here in the PI? la la la la la*) and after she's done she gave it back to me and says *nice pictures* :dancing:

CO: Did your husband gave you his laters IRT?

ME: i have here ma'am (gave her my hubbys 2010 w2)

....and after a few seconds she arranged my documents and says.. "OK YOUR VISA HAS BEEN APPROVED!" :star:

ME: :wow: Thank You So Much Ma'am!!! :energy:

CO: OK GOOD LUCK!!

:content: if only i cud touch her that time i cud hug her to pieces hehe joke :girlwerewolf2xn: now finally after 9 years i cud be with my baby love already. Thank you Visa Journey for the time :wub:

01/28/2011...mailed I-130 to chicago Lockbox.....The journey begins
01/31/2011...receive I-130
02/05/2011...get a e-mail notice of NOA-1...states case transferred to CSC
02/08/2011...check clears my bank
02/10/2011... rec. hardcopy NOA-1 in mail...priority date..01/31/2011.....sit back relax and ride this slow mule!!
02/14/2011... touched ( it must have fallen on the floor )..hehe
05/12/2011...NOA-2 OMG...98days u kidding me!!!!!!!

NVC......

05/26/2011... finally got NVC case number...
05/28/2011... receive DS-3032 in e-mail/e-mailed the DS-3032 back
05/28/2011... receive AOS fee bill/ and paid online.
06/01/2011... AOS fee bill shows paid.
06/02/2011... DS-3032 accepted
06/03/2011... IV-bill generated and sented by e-mail
06/04/2011... Paid IV fee bill/ in progress
06/07/2011... IV fee bill showed paid/ downloaded cover sheet
06/08/2011... Express mail both the I-864(AOS) and DS-230
06/09/2011... Confirmed del at 11:10am signed by N visa center.
06/21/2011... SIF...yea!!! called NVC..yes case complete but no interview dates until aug..rats!!
06/28/2011... issured interview date set for 08/08/2011 At 6:30am.
07/12&13/2011... medical
YEA SHE PASSED MEDICAL

08/08/2011... interview approved!!!
08/19/2011...usa/arkansas.....

ROC

05/23/2013... mailed I-751 to Vermont

05/25/2013...delivery confirm received

05/30/2013...check cleared bank

06/01/2013...rec. NOA1 (receipt date 05/28/2013)

06/24/2013... biometrics appointment
