Please advise visa attorney from sacramento, ca. and what is the total cost for that

If you any experience, please share it.

Get an attorney only if you have a dark past. I paid an attorney and he has done nothing but slow the process. This site has great information, and I wish I would have found this site before I found an attorney.

Novosibirsk to Minneapolis

Sent to Moscow September 26th, 2006

Waiting for Interview, and to be together.

Saw my smart beautiful wife to be, and my baby girl on July 3rd, 2006

We expected her to be in Minneapolis on May 6th, 2006

Arrived October 27th

Married December 3rd

Baby girl born on December 29th

Started paperwork on AOS April 1st

I agree with yellow67r. I've seen posts from people who have hired an attorney and most of them are negative. If you don't have any problems do it yourself and save yourself the time and money. :)

12/14/06 - Received by Chicago Service Center

12/18/06 - NOA1 notice date from Missouri (NBC)

12/21/06 - NOA1 received in mail

12/27, 12/29, 12/31 - Touches

01/06/07 - Transfered to California Service Center

01/11/07 - Arrived at California Service Center

1/12, 1/16, 1/17, 2/6 - Touches

02/06/07 - NOA2 from California Service Center

02/11/07 - Received NOA2 in mail

02/15/07 - Arrived at the NVC - MNL case # assigned

02/20/07 - Sent to US Embassy in Manila

02/26/07 - Received at Embassy

03/30/07 - Packet 4 received

05/09/07 - Medical scheduled (did early)

05/16/07 - Interview

05/23/07 - Visa Delivered

05/25/07 - POE in Newark, NJ

I-130 Timeline

11/27/06 - Mailed I-130 package to Texas Service Center

11/29/06 - Package received by Texas Service Center

12/06/06 - NOA1 notice date from California Service Center

12/09/06 - Touch

12/11/06 - NOA1 received in mail

02/06/07 - NOA2 from California Service Center

02/11/07 - Received NOA2 in mail (I-130 held at CSC)

Also agree -- I fired my attroney because he was merely acting as a clearinghouse for me and delaying the process by weeks (yes, weeks).

I-129F TRACK

2006-02-27: I-129 Sent

2006-03-02: NOA1

2006-07-24: NOA2

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-08-28: Picked-up packet 4 from the consulate, counter 16 (between 2 PM and 3 PM)

2006-09-20: Interview Date (VISA Approved!!!)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-09-27: Reached Home!!! (POE Chicago)

I-130 TRACK

2006-02-08: I-130 Sent

2006-02-27: NOA1

2006-05-03: NOA2 (Approved)

2006-06-12: Received and entered into NVC system

2006-07-08: Self Generated DS-3032 and sent to NVC

2006-07-08: Received I-864 bill from attorney

2006-07-11: Paid I-864 bill

2006-07-12: Received IV bill

2006-07-17: Receive I-864 package

2006-07-19: Send back I-864 package

2006-07-19: Pay IV bill (was out on vacation)

2006-07-31: Sent in self-generated DS-230 (after NVC was ready)

2006-08-03: Case being reviewed by NVC (per operator)

2006-09-12: Case sent to New Delhi Consulate

2006-10-04: Emailed Consulate and got Original Interview Date (10/20/06) posponed to April 2007
