OK SO I WAS HAVING SOME DOUBTS. :help:

I HAVE YET RECEIVED MY NOA2.BUT I WANT TO BE PREPARED.

I KNOW THE BENEFICIARY HAS TO FILL OUT THIS FORMS:

Form DS-230 Part I (one per applicant)

Form DS-156 (two per applicant)

Form DS-156K (one per principal applicant)

Form DS-157 (one per each male age 16-45)

SO MY QUESTION IS CAN I FILL THEM OUT FOR HIM AND THEN JUST TAKE THEM

TO SANTO DOMINGO FOR THE INTERVIEW,? MAY I ADD I AM GOING TO ATTEND.LOL

IS THERE GOING TO BE ANY KIND OF PROBLEM IF I JUST FILL IT OUT ON MY PC

AND PRINT THEM OUT? SINCE IT SAYS SIGNATURES ALL LEFT BLANK TO SING IN FRONT

OF OFFICIALS.

ANY HELP WILL BE GLADLY APPRECIATE IT.

I filled the forms myself too and will take them to Tokyo. In fact DS-156 has a field where the form preparer can sign.

I (USC) completed the forms on the computer and printed them in the US. I took the forms and all of the evidence with me to the interview. My fiance signed the forms when requested by the consul the day of the interview. Best wishes!

hey, yeah im confused about this too, as i have a 5 year old and wasnt sure if i needed to fill out one ds-156 for me an one for him, but i now know its 2 ds-156 for me, still unsure about the ds-157 thou lol!!
