On March 28, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

It has been long 6 months, but finally!!! Too bad we have ordered a ticket for a visit :D Wish you luck my september filers!!!!

I was wondering if u saw that message in USCIS website... coz lot of people say that they change the status once in a month and that too in the mid of the month....

anyways... congratulations to u..

my NOA1 is 21st sep... i hope to see some news soon

Definitely congratulations! Hope the rest of the process goes on smoothly. We are still waiting for NOA1, so seeing all these success stories makes me smile!

Our Journey begins

Met online in March 2009. Started dating through Skype in September 2009. Met in person on 03/14/2010. After many visits, both ways, Nate proposes to Liz on 8/10/2010.

Our K-1 Journey
K1 Visa processed at Vermont, approved in 106 days. Approved at CDJ on 19/09/2011
Our AOS Journey from K1

Applied for AOS on 12/27/2011

-AP/EAD combo card processed at Vermont, approved in 86 days. Approved on 3/22/2012; Card Received 3/30/2012

-GC processed at Vermont, approved in 268 days. Approved on 9/20/2012; Card Received on 9/26/2012

08/30/2014: Sent package to Lockbox

09/02/2014: Package Received in Chicago

09/05/2014: Received NOA1 (Extension letter for 1 year)

11/30/2014: Called USCIS, Biometrics appointment not received yet. Appointment letter never delivered to correct address.

my birthday wish is i hope that ill get my noa 2 but my bday was yesterday,still in initial review,vsc whats wrong with you?

Mu birthday was on 20th and thats also all I wished for :) well it took them 8 days longer, but thats fine :)

CALL YOUR CONGRESS REPRESENTATIVES - I GOT THIS TODAY only a day after I spoke with my congresswoman about inquiring into my case!!!

HOORAY!!!! Now on to waiting for the next stage.

Post Decision Activity

On March 30, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
