Hello all,

My spouse has one child, that is 2 years old (not mine). Just a couple of questions:

Do I need to submit one I-130 or two?

Do I need to submit one G-325a or two? And if I need one for the child, how is he supposed to sign it? my spouse?

Thanks in advance.

I recently filled an I-130 petition for my wife and 7 year old stepson. 2 separate I-130 $420.00 EA. 2 G-325a and have the mother print his name and write (Mother) next to his name, that’s all. Good luck!

I do not do anything extra for my husband's child, he lives with his birth mother.

I just included the information on the I-130. Are you trying to bring both over?

You have to do 2 separate I-130s and pay $420 each. I assume you are wanting to bring the child also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

2 separate I-130 petitons, correct. G325a is not needed for a child. Just one each for you and your spouse.
